All Sales Final: All purchases made on our website or in-store are final, including art supplies, tools, and custom orders. We carefully curate our selection to offer unique and quality items, and we appreciate your understanding.

Class Exceptions: The only exceptions to our final sale policy are our classes. At Potekglass, we’re committed to providing a great experience for all our students. 

Potekglass Class Return and Refund Policy

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 31 days or more before the scheduled class date are eligible for a full refund.

• Reschedule Fee: For cancellations made 30 days or fewer before the class date, a $55 reschedule fee applies. This fee allows you to apply the amount paid toward a future class as a class credit.
