Art in the Shop: Punch Bowl

Punch Bowl pays homage to delicious juices worldwide. The drink punch comes from southeast India. The word punch is derived from the Hindu word, paantsch. Paantsch comes from the Hindu word for five since the Indian drink contained five ingredients.
This wide low bowl is reminiscent of punch bowls used by everyone from English royalty to high school students at prom.

Previous experience with glass is not required, but may be helpful for this intermediate class. Potekglass provides Try-iT classes for beginners to gain needed experience.
